“Hello, my name is Stuart Walker and I am the founder of Swittch, which is my Communications & Connectivity company. I specialise in collaboration with businesses and the creation of profitable business solutions.
Ever since 1992 when my first system went live in a South Woodham Ferrers builders merchant, (a Plessey PKS2) my vision of providing bespoke and highly productive systems for the UK market that also offer fantastic value has never changed. Neither has my resolve to offer class leading after sales support for those systems “.
Swittch as a company has always had an ethical, honest and transparent approach to sales. This approach has rewarded us with the privilege to work with businesses from many backgrounds large and small and every one of them are viewed by us as prestigious sites and treated as such.
We believe in the transformative power of efficient business processes and their ability to simplify communications to improve business productivity. By creating an environment for engagement, collaboration and inspiration for your people both internally and externally an efficient, productive and more profitable organisation will evolve.
We’re excited to start a dialogue, learn about you, and build a creative and profitable solution together.
Working with Swittch, our Process
At the start of our connectivity projects, we ask our clients to answer some business-related questions. This helps us get an understanding of your business, and we feel it’s important to start this dialogue early.
Using the information from our questionnaire, we move on to developing our initial system proposal. We typically spend a couple of days researching and pricing configurations that we believe will suit your business requirements before finalising and sending to you.
As with all our clients and projects, the initial system proposal is an important phase. It’s the initial platform from which we can build the detail of the project, it’s where we can listen and respond to your feedback to add detail and precision to the system proposal to make it an exact fit to your specific business needs.
Also during this initial round of dialogue we gain a better understanding of your needs and are able to furnish you with more detailed information, brochures and data-sheets tailored to your business needs. A welcome side affect to this exchange of information is your knowledge of the capabilities of the system increases and decisions on the minutiae of your specification and requirements can then be made from a position of understanding.
We believe in transparency of pricing so once our finalised system proposal is in place you will have an exact understanding of the system features and benefits pertinent to your business and more importantly the costs involved.
It’s at this stage of the process you might like a visit from us, as armed with all the information and pricing from our initial dialogue a demonstration of the system will have more meaning and substance to it. And, as always no obligation or pressure will be attached to it.
If all meets with your approval we will schedule convenient site survey and installation dates with you and our project management process swings into action.
